The Company Background

  The parent company, Connect Marketing, has an impressive 12-year track record of maintaining large databases and serving thousands of customers.  Connect Marketing was established in 1989 to provide statistical information to the Automotive Industry and currently manages databases containing over 150 million records.  Our Cross-Sell Report (a vehicle registration report) is sold nationally to over 7,000 monthly accounts.

In early 1999, we combined our database management expertise with new technology to develop our Internet systemódesigned to place large inventories or catalogs on the Internet and provide online ordering.

Today, we provide the Internet system for over 200 retail and wholesale parts catalogs totaling nearly 2 million individual items. Our clients received nearly 150,000 Internet orders in 2002 totaling 50 million dollars in sales. was founded by Terry, Anne, and Joe Sams.  Together, they have almost 40 years of experience with Ford Motor Company in both the Customer Service and Sales Divisions. The expertise they gained as Ford Dealer Parts and Independent Channel Representatives has been very valuable in developing the Internet system. While our system was developed specifically for the vehicle parts industry, it works equally well for any type of parts inventory in any industry.  Our customer inventories now include:  clothing, books, toys, and plumbing supplies, among other items.
